We’re hiring – Senior Account Manager/ Account Director
We're looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join our team.
We're looking for an experienced PR professional to join our Guernsey team as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director, either on a permanent or fixed-term basis.
We're interested in hearing from people with strong agency experience, an excellent understanding of Guernsey and the wider Channel Islands business community. We're particularly interested in those with significant experience working with financial services clients.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can lead client relationships and teams, provide strategic communications counsel and deliver outstanding work. You'll be comfortable managing complex accounts, developing integrated PR and communications strategies, leading and mentoring colleagues, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, journalists and industry contacts. Commercial awareness is equally important: we're looking for someone with experience identifying opportunities, developing new business, pitching, growing accounts and contributing to the wider direction and success of an agency.

We’re hiring – Events Executive
We’re looking for an Events Executive to join our team.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised events professional to join our Guernsey team as an Events Executive.
We’re interested in hearing from people with one or two years’ experience in event management, either in an agency or in-house environment, who are passionate about creating memorable and successful events. Experience working on corporate, consumer or charity events would be particularly valuable, along with a good understanding of Guernsey and the wider Channel Islands community.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing events to life, from initial planning through to delivery. You’ll be comfortable coordinating multiple projects, managing event logistics, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring every detail is taken care of. Creativity, excellent organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet are essential.
Working closely with our Events Director and wider PR and social media teams, you’ll help deliver everything from launches and awards ceremonies to conferences and large-scale community events. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to event proposals, creative ideas and integrated marketing campaigns.
