Black Vanilla & Strategic HR Partnership: Home Alone? Avoid the Bear Traps of Flexible Working
Next month, Wendy McHugh, Managing Director of Strategic HR Partnership, and Nichole Culverwell, Managing Director of Black Vanilla, will be holding a free webinar to discuss some of the new challenges surrounding flexible working.
The recent lockdown meant that nearly all firms relocated staff to work from home. Now companies are facing new challenges: more employees are asking for agile working arrangements, teams are split between home and office locations and, in some instances, organisations are recovering from decreased productivity or even facing job losses.
During the webinar, Wendy and Nichole will share their insights into typical HR and internal communications challenges and highlight some of the actions and pragmatic approaches organisations need to take over the coming months as we adapt to new working practices and build stronger businesses.
Wendy McHugh is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and is also qualified as a teacher. She has worked in the private, public and commercial sectors and has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of HR.
Nichole Culverwell has over 25 years’ PR experience and has worked with a wide variety of clients across the health, retail and financial services sectors. She specialises in strategic public relations services such as internal and crisis communications.
The webinar is taking place on Wednesday 2nd September at 12pm and is free to attend.
