  • A call to give you more information about what’s involved in this package to make sure it meets your objectives and to agree time scales.
  • An online questionnaire to learn more about your business, your aims, your target market and current media activity.
  • A workbook to delve into your business vision, who you want to help, how you can stand out etc.
  • A one-hour consultancy session to delve into the story of your business and how it stands out from the crowd, and to begin to develop your brand story.
  • A two-hour consultancy session to draft key messages and audience personas. The messages will reflect who you are, your values and what you offer your customers, and will feed into all your communications and content. The personas help to clarify who your target audience is, how your business addresses their needs and how to reach them.
  • We’ll provide you with an overview of what channels are available and how they can be used. 
  • We’ll use the audience personas and key messages to decide which social media platforms will best suit your business and brand best.
  •  We will set up the channels and write the relevant ‘about’ or ‘bio’ copy.
  • This will include a maximum of four web pages and will vary according to what your business needs. Pages may include ‘about’, ‘what we do’, ‘meet the team’ and your contact page.
  • If relevant, a press release to announce your launch or to tell people about your company.

You’ll finish the Bulb Set-Up package armed with:

  • Key brand messages.
  • New social media channels and social media bios.
  • New or refined web copy for core sections of your website.
  • A media release.
  • Key audience personas to guide current and ongoing marketing.
